Your shopping bag is stored only in your own browser's local storage on this device — we don't have a server-side database of items you've added to your bag.

• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including Thai FDA record-keeping

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Omise (Opn Payments), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details are entered directly into Omise's secure systems and are never stored on our servers.

Sharing

We may share relevant information with service providers necessary to operate our business, including payment processors, delivery providers, website/e-commerce service providers, and other service providers who help us run this site and fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Payment-related information may be shared with Omise for the purpose of processing payments and managing payment transactions.
• Delivery information (name, address, phone number) is shared with our shipping couriers solely to deliver your order.
• Basic, non-payment technical data (such as pages viewed and general on-site actions) may be shared with website analytics and advertising tools, such as Meta and TikTok, so we can measure and improve our marketing. Your payment card details are never shared with these tools.
• Information may be shared with government authorities where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required under Thai accounting and tax law (generally up to 5 years), and delete or anonymise other personal data when it's no longer needed for the purposes above.

Your rights
